In the year 2008 RPM Construction made the decision to invest in the safety and well being of all workers, not only RPM employees, but Sub Contractors as well. Since that time, RPM has adopted a full-time Safety Director who has taken charge of all training, from fall protection training to the operation of construction equipment. All RPM foremen are OSHA trained and certified in First Aid and CPR.
RPM Construction has also invested in the use of Frame Pro Scaffolding system. This system is ideal for the use of stocking and install of just about any floor system. It is also used in the install of many roof systems. Many sub contractors find it very simple to install and use. When used properly it requires no fall protection. This system is rarely used above six feet or greater from the floor.
Along with the addition of the Frame Pro Scaffold system, RPM has incorporated an exterior rail system. This system provides a safe and robust rail at the exterior and in some cases on the interior around stair and shaft locations-very easy to install and remove. Not only can this system be used at the floor lever, it can also be used at the roof level.
RPM Construction has invested in the Window Jack©. The device is used for the install of windows in locations where the options are limited.
